(I) What Do Food Preservatives Do to My Body?

A compelling relation between four phenomena raised my interest in finding WHY

I joined an engaging self-healing master’s course. Very thoughtful, logical, and practical. I wrote about it in another article.

The detox part led me to a very intriguing conclusion. A pattern showed up, revealing an analogy that seems to fill the missing pieces of the puzzle in the relationship between obesity, starvation, food preservatives, and detoxification.

I underwent the two-week detoxification treatment. Detoxification is a serious procedure that can quickly turn south. But here I want to explain another thing — the amount of food I consumed, which raised some interesting thoughts, linked to three fundamental questions.

(I) What Do Food Preservatives Do to My Body?

Food preservatives are additives that prevent microbes from decomposing food — any microbes, anywhere, including those in your body. Your gut flora does the job of decomposing food and extracting nutrients from food. And food preservatives prevent it.

Another problem linked to it is that this preserved food is hard to move out of the body. It does not just disappear. Instead, it loads in certain waste storages to remove later, when possible.
