I Was Featured in Reciprocal by Sahil and My Numbers Blew Up. Bigtime.

Hello fellow writers.

I went to bed, having checked in on Medium, with four notifications. When I woke up, I had 99+. What happened in the interim? Sahil had published a reading marathon article about me and my work. Wow!

Even without this article, I noticed that Reciprocal writers were clapping for and commenting on my works. Wonderful! I try to do the same, although I admit to getting behind.

Then Sahil announced he would be highlighting a different author every day. This was perfect! I could concentrate all my energy on one author each day, and really get to see if their work resonated or not. I enjoyed all three of the first writers shown.

But imagine my surprise when it became my turn so quickly!

I want to thank Sahil for constantly going the extra mile and making his publications special. I’ve written poetry for LifeLine, 2 minute Motivation for the Summit, and now articles for Reciprocal.

Since this morning, I’ve probably gotten another 100 notifications, almost all of which came from the articles that were featured.

What a bold experiment! Let’s embrace it and get to know each other.
