The Application Makes Me Anxious
I Used an Application For Following My Habits Progress, And I Figured Out It Makes Me Anxious
On the application market, we have a range of applications that will “help” you establish the habit. I found the worst one.

I’ve to get rid of self-sabotaging stuff on my mobile.
I removed an application called Streaks. All it does is count daily habits. Oh, yes, it produces a lot of anxiety and stress.
As it is impossible to create fixed routines (at least I cannot, I am a human being and not a robot), I change my routine, now and then.
But hey, I have a clear streak of 134 days of 100 push-ups every day; I do not want to break it. Sometimes, I figured that I had forgotten something and got out of bed so as not to break a streak otherwise I would feel anxious.
Hey, anxiety is induced by numbers? Does the application make me anxious? Yes.
The next step is simple.
I removed Streaks for good. It is the fourth day today, I feel free of such pushy things.
