Hi lovely people, I hope you are happy and healthy in your life mentally and emotionally. Today’s post is about 5 natural and healthy alternatives to our coffee addiction.

I’ve always been a die-hard coffee fan. In my sophomore college days, I used to carry fancy cups of coffee to look “cool”. But also, I liked the taste a classic cold coffee has. Some tasty milk with sugar.

AHHHH, IT IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD.

I used to have this same addiction of coffee that some of you might have. Every morning, I used to pour some hot water and gulp in COFFEE.

Soon did I realize, the drawbacks of coffee, it makes gas in our guts which slowly destroy the inner lining of our stomach. We might get addicted to caffeine, which is a substance in coffee. It increases anxiety, may create insomnia, i.e., having difficulty in sleeping, rapid heart rate increase, etc.

Because of my coffee addiction, I started experiencing increased anxiety as well as I was not able to properly sleep at night. It also affects our REM Sleep, which is very important for us to live healthily.

So, I decided to cut down on coffee. I started searching for lots of other alternatives that are healthy, and do come with some health benefits.

Note: I tried these 5 alternatives in 3 years. Hence, I have enough experience to say about their results.

So, here are the 5 Best natural alternatives to your coffee addiction.

I have been a lemon juice fan since I can remember. My whole family has been consuming it for ages!
