I tried Adrian Lungu’s Beef and Mushroom Pot Pie recipe

Tried being the operative word

Ok so I tried it!

And here’s what happened.

I added my own embellishments. Namely beetroot.

At first it looked amazing. Just right.

Then I added the beetroot, and I was still jiving along. Okay okay!

And then I put it in the store-bought pie crust.

And put it in the oven.

And this happened:

I ended up baking the Watchmen Pot Pie from hell.

This is the end result:
