Abstract

The author, an avid traveler, has explored 22 countries across different continents in the last 15 years, which accounts for roughly 10% of the world's nations. They provide a summary of their travel experiences, highlighting their initial impressions and whether they would consider returning to each destination. The countries visited span across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Pacific, with diverse experiences ranging from the bustling streets of Indonesia to the serene landscapes of Iceland. The author expresses a mix of reactions, from the heat of Southeast Asia to the cleanliness of Singapore, the nature of Switzerland, and the unique culture of each place. While some countries like Japan and Taiwan left a lasting impression that warrants a revisit, others like Hong Kong and Macau might not be revisited due to various reasons such as crowds or personal experiences like food poisoning in Mexico. I’ll be honest, this was really fun! It feels like I’ve been to a lot of places, but when I list it out, it really isn’t a lot at all. There is still so much of the world to explore. I wonder where I will go next.
