I, The Society

…not “Society and I”

Monster it is I feed within, monstrous representations will be in the world. Love it is I cultivate within, love’s expressions will be outside.

Conflict between those two there is within, conflict will be in society. Cause there isn’t such thing as “Society and I”; There is “I, the society”.

I am both the farmer and the harvest of the world. But, “One of many co-substantial components” was temporarily defeated by “many dissociated oneness-es”.

Valuable and hopeful it is when we protest by shouting “black lives matter”. But, it is as if we still — unconsciously — separate lives into categories by saying that.

The only transformation I can achieve is the one of my self. No world change will be carried out, if I/You/We don’t consciously and constantly work for our elevation, within the simple every-day life.

The collective entity’s metamorphosis takes place during the metamorphosis of each individual. When my ego-centered action, really becomes Self-centered, I automatically perceive my co-substantial composition with the collective synthesis.

And I know we have the power to create the circumstances in which we won’t need to shout “black lives matter”, because we will all feel in our bones, that “all lives matter”.

I wrote the post this morning, after I saw again the photo of Tommie Smith and John Carlos, who raised their black-gloved fists, during the Olympic Games of 1968 (on October 16), in Mexico City.

In his autobiography, “Silent Gesture”, published nearly 30 years later, Tommie Smith declared that the gesture was not a “Black Power” salute, but rather a “human rights” salute.
