I Started a High-Ticket Affiliate Marketing Business in One Year — Here’s how
About a year ago, I decided to venture into the world of high-ticket affiliate marketing. I was no stranger to affiliate marketing and had been making sporadic commissions for years.
Although I had known about high-ticket affiliate marketing before, I never really was serious about pursuing it.
But, that all changed a year ago.
Since then, I’ve developed a strategy for myself where I work under 10 hours a month and produce a full-time income from affiliate marketing.
This is how I did it…
What is High-Ticket Affiliate Marketing?
This is affiliate marketing for expensive products, resulting in usually a higher commission payout for you.
For example, you promote a $5,000 massage chair with a 10% commission (or $500) and sell 7 chairs per month. That earns you $3,500 (7 X $500 commission each) for that one affiliate product!
Before venturing into high-ticket affiliate marketing, I was promoting low-ticket affiliate offers.
These are affordable or inexpensive products that result in a lower commission amount, usually under 50 bucks.
For example, I promote paid online survey offers that pay $1.50 to $15.00 each. I can convert hundreds of these offers a month and make a few hundred dollars.
Imagine if I had hundreds of high-ticket offers converting at just $100 commission each. That’d be a significant difference in commission.
The process is relatively the same for me, but, the offers I’m promoting are different. I work smarter, not harder, which helps me make a lot more money from affiliate marketing.
How I Created a Full-time Affiliate Marketing Business in One Year
I was consistent. I regularly worked on the business, including scouting out new offers and tracking my performance.
- I chose a traffic source
- I picked the right offers for my audience
- I promoted high-ticket affiliate offers and tracked my performance
Along the way, I discovered parasite SEO, which is an affiliate marketing hack that helps your content get seen quickly without being a seasoned website owner or blogger.
Little did I know, I was utilizing parasite SEO until just recently.
What’s next?
I’m super thrilled to have created this full-time income stream for myself.
And, the truth is, I’m only scratching the surface. I moderately promote a handful of high-ticket offers but, when I expand my reach and start promoting more high-ticket affiliate products, the sky’s the limit!
