How I Shook My Phone and Made $700 of Free Bitcoin
All it takes is a bit of dedication.
Who doesn’t love finding unique ways to make easy, free money? In my experience, it can really add up over time. This article describes one of my favorite ways to earn free Bitcoin every day. It takes minimal effort and time, and the payoff has been amazing. All it takes is shaking my phone daily on an app called Shakepay.
Shakepay
Shakepay is a Canadian cryptocurrency exchange where users can buy and sell Bitcoin and Ethereum. They currently have over 600,000 users and are growing by the day.

Their growth is due in part to their two incentive programs. When someone is referred to Shakepay, they get a $10 sign-up bonus when they purchase their first $100 of crypto. The second incentive is more lucrative for those who can prove their dedication, it’s called ShakingSats.
What is ShakingSats?
Shakepay is named after their genius program called ShakingSats. Once per day, if users log in to the app and shake their phone they get paid in Bitcoin. Cool, right?
The amount of Bitcoin users receive increases if they shake every day without losing their streak. But if the streak is broken, they have to start all the way at day one. This can be a tough pill to swallow, as it takes 200 days to reach the maximum reward of 1,000 Satoshis!
It’s important to note that the $10 sign-up bonus and participation in the ShakingSats program are only available to users who either signed up using a referral link (here’s my affiliate link!) or have referred someone to Shakepay themselves. Also, only people living in Canada are eligible to use Shakepay.
My Results
To date, I’ve shaken my phone on Shakepay for 426 days straight. This has amounted to 0.0136233 Bitcoin. At Bitcoin’s current price of approximately $51,700USD, the amount I’ve earned is currently worth $704.60.
Shakepay has changed the ShakingSats program during the time I have been with them. When I first started, it took faster to reach the maximum streak and more Bitcoin was awarded for each shake. So it would take me longer to make this much Bitcoin on Shakepay if I started today.
That being said, I believe Bitcoin’s future is bright, and I’m happy to keep on shakin’ on.
