I Meditated For 2 Months and This Happened
It kinda saved my life.

I have always asked God for patience but never really worked on building it. I have come to realize real visualization is actually taking action for your visions. I started meditating using Joe Dispenza’s meditations. Initially, I felt nothing. It was annoying cause I have like zero patience. But I kept at it. Joe Dispenza says no type of meditation is bad meditation so on days I just didn’t feel like it, I did shorter ones or while playing a soft game on the phone. This was rare. After a month it started getting easier and now it’s a breeze. I love meditating.
What I got out of it:.
1. Meditation has been a wonderful practice for me, as it has improved my patience to read more by increasing my concentration and curiosity. Not only that, but it has also helped me tolerate more nonsense that I encounter in life, such as rude people, annoying noises, or stressful situations.
2. It made me more aware and helped me control my emotions and impulsiveness.
3. I became less clumsy, and I stopped bumping into things or dropping stuff.
4. Meditation reduced my anxiety by 10 folds. According to John Hopkins, it lowers blood pressure and heart rate and improves mood and attention.
5. When I meditate, I can think more clearly and creatively about the problems I face. I can find effective solutions that work for me and others. It improved my problem-solving skills by making me more aware, mindful, logical, and patient. By meditating regularly, I can overcome challenges and achieve my goals.
6. Meditation has significantly increased my attention span, which was practically nonexistent before. Now I can confidently say that I am a good 8 out of 10 when it comes to focusing on a task or a conversation. Previously, it was hard to talk to me because my mind was always racing with random thoughts and distractions, but not anymore. Meditation has helped me calm my mind and be more present in the moment.
7. Meditation has transformed my creative process. Ever since I started meditating, ideas just flow through me like a river of inspiration. Meditation helps me quiet my mind and focus on the present moment, where I can access my intuition and imagination.
8. Meditation helped me notice, accept, and challenge my negative thoughts and emotions and replaced them with more positive ones without me even realising. I didn’t ever think meditation could help me with this.
9. Meditation has remarkably reduced my constant worry and overthinking that used to plague my mind.
10. Meditation has been a great help for me in reducing my tachycardia, which is a condition where the heart beats faster than normal. I used to have a heart rate above 100 beats per minute, which was very stressful and unhealthy for me. But now, thanks to meditation, my heart rate is in the 80’s, which is much more comfortable and safe for me.
Try for yourself don’t just believe my words! The only thing I didn’t see much change was- my insomnia(I’ve always had trouble with it). But I’ve read a lot of research that it does wonders for sleep too.
The-How:
I started with 5 minutes of meditation and continued on for like a few days then switched it to 10 minutes then 15 minutes. You can pick the limit you want to do it for. You can give yourself 10mins to make your life better!
I do it first thing in the morning.
Meditation doesn’t necessarily have to be sitting in silence you can do a variety of different things:
- Walk- while listening to a guided meditation for walking.
- Breathwork
- Journaling
- Coloring
- Cleaning
- Drawing
- Showering
- Read any book in a language you do not understand well.
- Gardening
- Pray
- Lying down and staring in space
Let me know your thoughts in the comment section. I would really appreciate it.
