I Make Friends Everywhere

March Six Word Photo Story Challenge: “Pet People”

I’m so glad to meet you.

We spent the morning together over coffee.

It was as if we had always been friends.

I had never met anyone like her before.

Saying goodbye was hard, neither of us really wanted to go.

There were simply other things I had to do.

I am better for having met you.

(No insects were harmed in the making of this post. You can find Bertha the Mantis near Arusha, Tanzania.)

A huge thank you to Mary Chang Story Writer for March’s prompt.

Check out other fabulous photo stories this month from the likes of:

L Burton, Sally Prag, Lwaze Davis, Chris Shafer, and Osan Fernando
