I Made Money From YouTube Without Having A YouTube Account
Money was made without a single video made
A short while ago, I wrote about how I watched Ryan Trahan do a 30-day challenge on YouTube. He did a bunch of side hustles and traveled across the States and blah, blah — it was awesome to see.
Ryan’s videos are trending across YouTube and the online world. And while he’s scoring hundreds of millions of views, I’m making money from it.
How is this possible you ask?
Let me explain.
Step 1: Write a post
First off, I wrote a blog post about Ryan’s journey for my personal side hustle blog.
I wrote about all of the side hustles he used to travel across the country.
I write posts aimed at ranking high on Google, so it was very SEO-focused.
I published the story a day after Ryan finished his journey and handed a penny to Mr. Beast. It was one of the very first blog posts about this story that I could find on Google.
Step 2: Turn on ads
A few weeks before I wrote the post, I integrated ads onto my website for the first time. It was a pain in the neck to do, but I eventually got it done.
With my ads in place, I sat back and waited.
Step 3: Let the traffic flow
As Ryan’s story boomed across the web, so did clicks to my article and website.
I’ve had hundreds of readers find my story and read it. They also view and click on my ads, making me money.
I’ve had a really decent month from ads earnings because of that one specific story alone.
Conclusion: Follow trends
If you have a personal blog, YouTube channel or online platform of any kind, follow trends. Keep up with them.
If you’re one of the first people to create content about a widely trending topic, you could rope in a ton of readers and earn money from it in one way or another.
