Ok so I’m a sucker for ChatGPT and all this AI stuff but not in the way you may think.

See I have an SEO mindset and I love everything about it.

What did I do? I found niches that I could then use chatGPT to code it.

WordCounter

The First One I created was a Word Counter. It was pretty straightforward and sold within a day.

How did I do it? I used ChatGPT for it all.

“Write me the HTML, and javascript code for a simple word counter”

Took the code, uploaded it to Netify, and bought a domain name.

Listed it on Tiny Acquisitions

A day Later, It SOLD

FREE MONEY! I kept the word count and then upgraded it a bit. Here is what it looks like now → countyourwords.net

It’s a very lucrative niche if you get some backlinks and views.

Lorem Ipsum Generator

Next, I looked around for something else I could do. I came across Lorem ipsum generators.

Went on ChatGPT and typed in the simple prompt “Make me a lorem ipsum generator”

Edited it a few times till it fit the needs I thought would be needed.

Listed it on Tiny Acquisitions and it sold within a day.

and it ended up selling for $125 but still was good profits.

1 hour of work and I made $250+. Not bad for me not even having to code.

I built up others of these sites and just have them sitting for now to get some age, and hopefully, one day I find a domain that expires or mine just starts ranking!

In total I built 5 apps, 2 have sold and 3 I have kept for future sales.
