I Have The Solution

To your burnout

We have all heard of stories where a person is shattered from working too hard in their day job, doing chores at home or maybe playing a sport. But, can you burn out from writing?

Yes, you absolutely can; I have had some great friends who started around the same time as me and left due to burnout; they have maybe taken on too much, felt the demand of running their own publications or were not able to keep up with the fast pace they started to write.

I have friends who joined around the same time as me, such as Alexander Kant and Nikki Waterson, two people who I respect and love as writers, vanished; I hope they return one day if only to connect one more time. It would be special.

Then we have others like Mackenzie Plunkett, Luther Thomas Jr and mansi. s who were all great up and coming writers with bags of potential.

I move on to others who left due to burnout and have since joined Medium again, which is great to see; like Zak, who published again today; welcome back, my friend.

We have the angel Carrie who helped me so much in my early days; I have great respect for her; very sad to see her leave Medium; she came back with a vengeance but has since looked for other opportunities.

Warren Patterson inspired me to write this article after reading his last post regarding Medium burnout, which you can read below. Medium burnout is real.

I have felt burnout, too; I have also gone through writer's block, having no idea what to write. I have started an article, been a few paragraphs in, thinking to myself, this is crap; why would anyone want to read this dribble.

If you would like some help with creativity, I may have a solution for you if you are lacking ideas on what to write about next.
