I Have Over 1000 Reads On My Articles In the Last 15 Days On Medium

I usually don’t like to brag about statistics because, in my belief, they are just numbers and do not tell the entire story. They are just lines on a graph, but once in a while, statistics do show achievement.

Like many of you on Medium, I started small. I grew frustrated at the platform for months, so I considered quitting.

I took advice from the elite writers on the platform, and it was nothing more than falsified tips on something that wouldn’t work.

I never had a story go viral, nor did I have a massive increase in readers or numbers.

I then noticed in late August this year that my numbers had a slight boost. Nothing of great significance, but enough for me to take more notice.

I knew it was time to get to work and take this online blogging seriously.

I started networking with other readers and writers on the platform. I became more engaged with comments, and I started daily writing. From late August of 2023 to now (December of 2023), I have worked restlessness on my writing and connecting on Medium.

The support I have received here has been nothing short of amazing. I do thank you all for that.

This morning, I looked at my stats and saw that my articles reached over 1000 reads in just the last 15 days.

I am unsure where that places me in the rankings of writers, not that it matters to me.

Remember, with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Like everything else, it is all about hard work and drive. A few might get lucky and hit it big immediately, but for most of us, the only solution is putting the effort in.
