I have been away from writing for several months.

Here’s why.

Preparing to relocate to a city several hundred miles away from where I currently live has been a daunting task. Getting my house ready to sell has been really hard. But more complicated my ability to write.

I also took the lead in preparing my mother’s house to sell so that she was able to relocate ahead of me. Clearing out her home and packing for her was my toughest job. But fortunately, my mother is now settled in her new home close to our family and where my daughter and I will ultimately reside.

So, until our move is complete, my writing will remain sparse. The pace I formerly enjoyed in creating content will resume during the summer. Until then, thank you for continuing to read all the stories that I previously published.
