I Have Added New Habit in My Life

I have a dozen good habits, whatever habits require to become a successful person. I have developed them over the last five years; a few examples are reading, writing, bathing, exercising, and waking up in the morning, although all these habits have existed for the last 100 years, even more than that. Almost 95% of Billionaires and Millionaires have the same habits.

But recently, I have developed Switch off my phone. Early in the morning from 5 AM to 8 AM and evening from 8 PM to 10 PM.
