I hate Grammarly. It removes the beauty out of good expression.

Well, it is good that it checks the grammar. I always seem to have my commas in the wrong places. But I want to be me! I want to express the way I want! Grammarly has taken away the soul from my writings.

I recently wrote this article in response to the Medium Writer’s Challenge. I submitted this article to a publication and I was asked to run through Grammarly. Again? I had already done so!

When I checked again, Grammarly wanted me to get the Premium version as there were 138 corrections! I painstakingly made all the corrections without paying for Premium. The result — 99% overall score but, an article without a soul! I hate Grammarly!
