The article discusses the importance of fitness for the lower body and core, emphasizing the evolution of the ideal booty size and the role of diet and exercise in achieving fitness goals.
Abstract
The article, titled "How To Get A Better Booty | Fitness and Health," recounts the author's experience with fitness interviews, particularly one with Coach Red, a virtual personal trainer. The focus is on the significance of developing a well-shaped booty, which has shifted from a preference for smaller to larger sizes over time. It highlights that while genetics play a role, targeted exercises and a conscious diet can help in reshaping the glutes. The article also points out the necessity for both men and women to work on their glutes and core for overall health. A key message is the potential physical transformation one could achieve by starting a fitness regimen, as illustrated by the interview "Butts & Guts" — Booty Call 2.0. The author encourages readers to take action and provides a link to the full interview for further inspiration and guidance.

Genetics influence body shape, but dedicated exercises can alter the appearance of one's booty.
A healthy diet is crucial for achieving a well-toned booty; one cannot expect good results with poor eating habits.
Both men and women should focus on their glutes and midsection for better fitness and health.
Fat loss is not localized; it occurs differently for each individual.

The article suggests that inspiration alone is not sufficient for change; personal effort and dedication are essential.

I Had a Booty Call! I’ll Tell You All About It!
For all you with your mind in the gutter, this may be a wee bit disappointing. I do, however, talk about the booty, or the tushy if that makes you feel better
I while back, I used to do interviews with fitness professionals from around the world. We talked about all kinds of health and fitness.
One of the most listened to interview was with a friend of mine, Coach Red, who was my Virtual Personal Trainer. I think we even coined that phrase, we just never openly marketed it.
Anyway, the interview was all about the backside, or more commonly know as the BOOTY. As she gave some GREAT tips and advice for the ladies to work on their booty.
As time went on, I asked Coach Red if we can do the call again, but this time change it just a bit and incorporate the mid section as well. That way, at least guys can feel like they could get stuff from the call as well. Even though us guys need to work on our booty just as much!
So, we did it and named the interview: “Butts & Guts” — Booty Call 2.0!
I could go on and type out the transcript of the call, but here are some highlights which were said during the call:
*In the 90’s, girls wanted smaller buts, today, girls want the bigger booty
*Genetics have a lot to do with the booty. BUT, you can do exercises to help develop, grow or shrink the booty.
*Eat what you want to eat, but be conscious of what you put in your mouth. You cannot eat bad and think you can get a nice booty.
*There’s a lot “giggly” out there. If you got “giggly”, you have some work to do.
*Guys need to worry about their buts as much as, if not more, than their gut.
*Fat loss cannot be targeted in the human body. Everyone holds fat in a different place.
So, my question to you is, What would you look like if you would have started doing something to better you body (and your booty) 6 months ago?
Then ask yourself, “If I start today, what could I look like in 6 months from now?”
I can go on and on, list all kinds of facts and figures, tell you about doing this or doing that, but it wouldn’t be the same as you actually hearing it.
First of all, click the video on the side of this writing and see if what I say appeals to you.
Now, just because you may hear something that inspires you to do something and develop your back side, doesn’t mean it will happen! You have to put in the work!
Can you do it? Absolutely!
Will you do it? Only you can answer that question.
Just remember, if you start doing something now, what could you look like in six months from now?
