I Found, In Writing, My Refuge
You should try it, too.
Thanks to writing, my notebook, and pen, I don’t need to be upset or leave things unsaid, hence, no more headaches for not saying what I should say.
I only speak once, but I am careful how I say and to the external sounds, when the other person does not want to listen or tries to start a fight, I shut my mouth, and simply smile, and later that day, I pick up the notebook and write what I was going to say instead of getting tired and wasting my voice.
All of my thoughts during the day, I write them down.
I bought a dictaphone for using while I’m driving or doing something that doesn’t allow me to write my thoughts, and later that day, I sit and listen to what I said to the dictaphone while writing them down.
In this way, my mind is free and I say goodbye to stress.
