I Follow These TWO Simplest Ways To Win My Day
The rest is just the bonus.

When I was growing up in a tiny village, I always heard that the early bird always gets the worm.
I was too young to understand what it even meant.
I used to think, of course, that a bird would die without a worm.
It doesn't matter if the bird is going to wake up early, in the afternoon, or even in the evening; he has no other option but to get the worm or stay hungry.
Focus on staying hungry and first thing in the morning.
The idiom is teaching us that if and only if you want to increase your chances of success, you have to be up early in the morning.
I tried many ways to boost productivity, including drinking coffee and green tea simultaneously—one sip at a time.
Yes, that’s right, when I was a student, I used to find ways to study more.
Therefore, I came across this trick of consuming black coffee and green tea at the same time to stay alert or study more, especially during exams.
As I am an experimental guy, it's the best way to plug in my 30-day experiments. I have done numerous 30-day challenges in search of productivity and healthy living.
Okay, back to the topic. Here are the top ways that always help me win the day.
The technique might not work for you because I tried 40+ ways to stick to these two.
My morning routine is the thing that sets me up for a positive, productive, and successful day. — Aggie Burnett
While experimenting, I learned that starting a day with a morning routine is crucial for your daily productivity.
The morning routine helps you set the tone for the day. I know some people are night owls.
Without blindly following me or someone else's system, maybe try it for merely 30 days to see what boosts your productivity.
You have probably heard that you often schedule your day first thing in the morning.
That’s wrong!
Schedule your day before going to bed.
I just put three things on my calendar per day.
Literally THREE
Task -1 (most important)
Task -2 (important)
Task -3 (Do if and only if the first two are completed)
No matter what, I have to do those three tasks per day.
Rest is just a bonus.
Therefore, I am a huge fan of building tiny, sustainable habits.
I also want to help others to follow my journey and see what works for me.
Here are 20+ 30-day challenges I accomplished by trying different healthy challenges for at least 30 days: squats, drinking water 3+ liters a day, reading, planks, push-ups, etc.).

Back to a solid morning routine, here are the top TWO reasons I have a morning routine.
FIRST:
First, I do my most important task as soon as I am up, of course, after brushing my teeth, drinking a tall glass of water with a pinch of salt, and looking at the clear sky for a solid 1–2 minutes to tell my body to wake up; it's time to grind.
I wake up between 5–7 AM after sleeping for 7–8 hours.
It usually goes like this.
I just brush my teeth, drink water, brew black coffee, and go to my home office.
When I enter the home office, I write for two hours.
No matter what happens, I am focused on writing for the first two hours each morning.
If I am not in the mood to write an article for my blog, I still write in my journal, and most of the time, while writing in my journal, an idea pops up in my mind to make it a blog or write something on my blog.
After all, I need to make money somehow, and writing is one of my way to bring money on the table.
Usually, I am done with writing before 8 AM — 9:30 AM.
Then, I eat breakfast, play with my pet, spend time with family, and prepare for work.
After doing the 2 hours of writing tasks, I am confident in my day.
Consistency is super important to building a habit.
SECOND:
It’s just the mental shift that helps you to have a more productive day.
I am set for the day after winning the morning.
I am confident that I will thrive today.
The bottom line
Morning is an important time of day because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have. — Lemony Snicket
Winning the morning sets your mood to win the day.
Routines are crucial to staying happy, healthy, and wealthy.
- Ensure you finish the super important tasks first thing in the morning. For example, my goal is to write each morning.
- After completing your first task, you are on the right track to WIn your day. It’s the mental shift that is going to push me to work hard.
