I don’t know about you but when I cook I do it for several reasons. The main reason is to get energy for my body.

The second reason it is for taste and enjoyment.

For one thing I enjoy the process of cooking.

There’s the prep time.

The actual cooking itself.

Knowing methods and how to apply them really helps.

Then there’s the enjoyment of eating. The subtle flavors the spices in herbs. The textures and taste of all the combinations and how they go together.

The feeling of fullness and satisfaction after completing the mail.

Energies gained are supplied by the ingredients. The food itself has its own energies. The meat brings condensed energies to be broken down by the body. The vegetables also bring energy which most of the time is broken down quickly and used as fuel.

I like to add energy from the universe. I call upon the positive and healing energies to add power to my meals. I intend for myself and everybody who partakes to enjoy and to spread the vibrations to all they come in contact with.

Don’t forget to thank all who added their energies and essence to enhance the power of the mail. All the plants. All the animals. The herbs and spices along with the minerals to sustain life with pleasure. All of the energies from the universe. They add to the power of the meal. Thank your God our creator for making these energies available for us to use.

The intent of my meals is to power and fuel myself and others throughout our day. If we can make it enjoyable so much the better. But most important if we can add a little bit of positive power to our universe we will be better off.

Go out and share your meals, even if it is only with yourself. Let everyone enjoy its power.

Most important …Don’t forget to add energies.
