I Discovered A Psychic Reading From 15 Years Ago!
What I learned from my psychic reading
I found an unusual treasure while cleaning out my room one day a few weeks ago. It was a cassette tape that contained a psychic reading from the year 2008. I looked at the tape and recalled doing an hour-long reading at a place that called itself the Psychic Institute. I occasionally dropped in to get classes on various aspects of spirituality, such as distance healing and aura readings.
The business is no longer there, brought down by rising costs of the rent but I still had kept the cassette tape. I yearned to listen to it, but who had tape machines nowadays? My music player had a cassette player but it didn’t work.
Fortunately, my husband allowed me to borrow a player that played cassette tapes. For the next 45 minutes, I listened to the tape and heard the voices of the past speak to me about reincarnation, my colorful auras, and my spiritual blockages.
The reading began with a man giving out a Rose reading. He described my past life, going back to the 1400s and the year 1000. He described my previous lives as rural, happy, and very spiritual.
After that, a woman took over and gave me a detailed reading about my chakras, as well as an aura reading that described me in colors like green, red and purple.
If you have never had a psychic reading, I would recommend checking it out for yourself for entertainment purposes (if you need a reason) and don’t forget to make a request to get the session recorded, so that you can check the reading at a later date. Do make sure that the psychic has lots of positive reviews before going there.
The psychic mentions a few things about myself that seemed true. Other things were nonexistent in my childhood, as far as I am concerned. She said I talked to spirits as a young child. No, I didn’t. However, I did dabble in buying a book about the Amazing Kreskin. I was interested in the psychic field as a young person.
Other things she discussed were of a general nature, and she specified that it was important to let go of any limitations to pursue my dreams.
All true. At the time, I felt stuck and blocked.
The readings didn’t mention my future circumstances which was disappointing since I couldn’t check to see if any predictions came tree.
What was interesting during my time at the Psychic Institute is my session clearing out blockages on a volunteer. As I was using my hands to clear out and smooth out any negative energy, the teacher pointed out that my hands were not smoothing out the energy properly. I couldn’t figure out what she was seeing. All I saw was just a room and a person and couldn’t see energy.
Over the years, something amazing happened. I can see energy! And the wonderful thing I notice is that everything has energy!
I am not able to see the different colors of a person’s aura field, but I hope this will change soon.
Although my husband shares none of my enthusiasm for this psychic stuff, he did volunteer something rather spooky. As I whined about always passing up on the opportunity of visiting Alcatraz — an old prison sitting on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco, my husband explained when we were there that he felt negative vibes in the direction of the old penitentiary. I wonder how many tourists have felt the ghosts of yesterday languishing at Alcatraz?
My key takeaway from my psychic reading is I only learned information about myself in general terms. And they didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know about myself. They did not give me any amazing revelations. In other words, psychics can’t predict your future.
You, and only you, can help shape your own destiny. It’s your own hopes and desires that will motivate you to be the best that you can be!
That’s all today. And I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to:
