I Cried, Yes, you read it right, That I cried, I cried a lot.

You know don't tell me to stop, Let it out all the worst, You know it will, might, crust you, But in the end, you will feel light.

Cry because it makes you stronger, Than you ever were. Cry because you at least deserve it, To let your emotions out.

I know people will say, Sh... stop crying, Start trying, But after all to be happy again let your tears roll down.

Crying is an emotion, Just like all others, So why are we afraid of it? And no one wants it.

Whenever you feel like crying, Cry yes cry as much as you, When you finish crying, Start again trying.

I know we all have so many incidents that left us broken it might be the loss of our loved ones or a heartbreak. We all have events in our lives, that make us cry.

When I was a child and I cried, my Mom used to stop me. She told me good boys never cry. I didn't know whether it was true or not. However, I always thought when we like smiles then why do we hate tears?

We all love to smile but not to cry. I am not telling you to cry. On the other side, when you are going through a tough time in life it's important to cry and let your emotions out. It's important for good mental health.

When you keep everything inside your heart, it becomes hard to live a life with pain. Let your pain gives you a chance to get out of your head and heart by crying.

Don't think that if you are crying, you are week. Crying will make you stronger. Crying will make you ready to handle the worst.

Therefore, today's prompt is

Write a poem about an incident that forced you to cry no matter whether you wanted to or not.

Today is the day to confront yourself. I hope you all have something relatable to write for this prompt.

I wish you never have any events in the future that make you cry. I wish you all a happy and great life.

I would like to invite Orla Kenny Kimberly Hampton Nilsson Jupiter Grant Josh Balerite Acol Prasant Trivedi Dr. Fatima Imam Anthi Psomiadou Carolyn F. Chryst, Ph.D. Carolyn Hastings K.Kumar Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她) Colleen Millsteed Joel A. Johnson John Uzuegbu Giulietta Passarelli Melanie J. jenine bsharah baines
