I commit to reading a chapter a day and this is what happened

Reading every day has brought me many benefits

I had a time in my life when I got home after a long day at work I read a lot.

Every two weeks I would buy a new book because I devoured books and I love doing it!

However, lately, in the last few months I’ve kind of slacked off with reading and I’ve been slowly letting go.

I also think that one of the causes is because I read a lot here on Medium but reading a book is different from reading articles on Medium!

The reading bug has always been here and I have to admit that reading makes me feel very calm, so I commit to reading at least one chapter a day and it’s going really well!

I feel very excited about reading and quite relaxed when reading.

What is to be expected?

I hope to continue reading daily even if it’s just one chapter a day.

Because I really feel the difference on a mental and resting level!
