I Can’t Love Myself

Do you struggle to love yourself?

Meditation

The first step to loving yourself is to accept who you’ve been, who you are, and who you are becoming. Accept all the good parts of yourself and the parts of yourself you view as not good.

The second step is to forgive yourself for everything that could’ve been and should’ve been different.

The third step is to let go of everything and everyone you have and are allowing in your life that chips away at your self-love, self-value, mental health, and self-identity. To love yourself, you must let go of everything preventing you from doing such — even your own thoughts.

Affirmations

Self-acceptance is vital to me. I choose to look past my mistakes. I embrace myself and all of my flaws. I choose who I am becoming today and onward. If I do not like who I’m becoming, I change it. I forgive myself for anything negative I cling to. I let go of every toxic thing and person in my life. I face the pain in my past and present life. There is beauty in me. I see beauty when I look at myself. I am worthy of love. I am worthy of acceptance. I am worthy of forgiveness from others. I am worthy of another chance. I am worthy of self-forgiveness. I am worthy of good mental health. I am worthy of quality life. I am worthy of mental and emotional peace. I am worthy of experiencing happiness. I am worthy of kindness. I deserve to be loved by myself and others.
