I Can S.M.I.L.E.

How? When the world is a mess and so many hurt?

That is what I used to say.

I am learning something new.

I can smile even in the darkest of times.

I did not know that before and it's pretty sad that I am learning it at nearly sixty-four years old.

I just figured someone would just want to knock it off my face and the world does seem to present itself that way!

Finally connecting the dots; I see that this world does not have any effect on who I truly am.

I can show that I understand that this world is not real and does not have any lasting hold or effect on me by smiling.

Granted, if I am in confinement or under the care of a bully I may need to keep that smile inside, but I can have it.

I think this is what is meant by the joy and peace we can have that is beyond what the world can give.

You do not have to claim a religion to understand this.

It is your birthright!

In my understanding, Jesus taught that we are all the Christ, and that he wanted us to enter into that understanding with him.

He wants us to be in the Father, even as he is.

That is what the Atonement means to me.

You are here to be the healing.

Do not let what happens in life define you.

You are divine and needed to lift the world.

I meant this to be only about S.M.I.L.E. and I just cannot help bringing everything into the light of the Atonement. I just love it!!!

Here is a song I learned today on a video by a lady I admire very much, Donna Eden.

It is a song from her childhood, significant to me is she was four years old because I had an awareness of Jesus when I was four.

At a troubling time of her life, she heard this song and felt lifted, not only out of her current distress; she had a feeling that this was gift that was a part of her, and each of us, even in our distress.

This is the song that I wrote down and that prompted this post:

Donna Eden says that it lights up our Radiant Circuits which is a part of what makes up our energy body.

While we are here on this earth, why not tap into that which is joyful?

It is waiting right inside you!
