It turns out that, before I submit each question, I’m also allowed to suggest up to 25 different members to answer that one question. If any of those 25 people respond to my request, and answer the question, we both earn revenue, once readers engage with the answer given.

This is truly a win, win, win situation. Here’s how:

• I ask the question and earn revenue for posing the question, once readers begin to engage with it.
• I also name you — a writer who regularly answers this type of question — and you answer the question, thus generating income for you, once readers engage with your answer.

As you’ll notice in just a moment, I have questions on everything, and they’re meaningful questions; most of them anyway.

If you’re the type of Medium writer who likes to stay busy writing a diversity of stories, you probably already have three or four category tags that you prefer or even specialize in.
