I Am Pleased To Accept Fair Rebuttal

To any of these simple truths

I am often wrong about things. That’s what compels me to keep learning. I do believe, however, there are some undeniable lessons we should all have learned from by now. I wonder if you agree.

There will always be those who seize power, those who seek power, and those who use power to render others powerless. The power of the former is forever diminished by the suffering of the latter.

A white canvas is powerless until it is complimented with colour. Every nuance of white, grey, black and in between works in unison to perform a work of art.

Colour and shadow are the fabrics that work in harmony to weave a great mosaic of beauty, whether spoken, written, shaped, drawn, photographed or filmed.

It would seem logical then that the artist is the creator of real power through loving care for their craft.

Crafting of work that enriches all who view it brings equal power to the creator and the beholder.

I may be wrong, but isn’t knowing that and learning from it more important than needing to be right?

As always, thanks for taking the time. Your support is much appreciated.
