I am Grateful to Medium for the $500 Bonus

And I hope Medium writes a new history with this one

I know almost everyone on medium knows about it but still, I want to share my happiness with everyone in this Medium family.

I received a $500 bonus from Medium and I feel grateful for it.

I have never written stories on how much I have earned on Medium but this is different. I was just checking my emails at night when $500 caught my eye. At first, I thought it was spam, but when I saw it came from Medium, I had to believe it. I instantly shared this news with people who are close to me.

The selected 1000 writers who have received this bonus are on cloud nine. I know this because I am one of them. To see acknowledgment coming from Medium in monetary form is highly motivating.

And I hope that the creators of Medium and their business development department come up with such incentives for the high-performing writers on a regular basis. This way Medium is sure to surpass even its competitors such as the ‘Newsbreak.’

If Medium provides such bonuses to writers on a regular basis, the current lot of writers will be motivated to write even more valuable content, and this, in turn, will draw more people towards this writing platform.
