I am Enough

A poem

Source

No fanfare trumpets, no spotlight’s glare, no mountain summits, no victory cries, no deafening applause

“Enough” a gentle balm to soothe self-doubt’s sting Enough — not a trophy held with pride just a whispered sense, of peace deep within. No achievement tally, no gilded frames no perfect airbrushed picture no flawless polished gem no being defined by expectations set Just smudges, cracked lines etched deep that weft and weave all I’ve been, and do enough to breathe, laugh, cry, fall stumble, learn, and rise again No cosmic balance no grand design no need for crowns no borrowed guise no comparisons to dim my light I am enough, in every breath I draw, each misstep, flaw, and scar creating the masterpiece that’s me My spinning compass follows my inner fire Enough is the ground I stand on like sunshine after rain

No scales to tip, no finish line to cross, no borrowed judgments no shrinking to fit into empty norms I am enough on rainy mornings on messy days, in tear-stained cheeks in self-acceptance, I stand complete.

Dedicated to all those who struggle with self love ❤
