I am Darkness — a fine silk road tucked tautly about my curves where your hands drive before reaching the cliff that is my heart

You’ve backed away from the cliff too many times just once, I wish you would have plunged but if you really knew the secrets of my heart it would be too much for you it’s too much even for me that’s how deeply I’ve fallen there is only darkness there — I am Darkness I gave up on light when the wounds I bore forgot how to heal

You said you too were wounded and wronged all my pleading and begging was stoned until finally, in desperation I justified you but you were not satisfied at all did you want my blood too? If I could have ripped out my heart would you have pricked it with your wicked tongue?

That is the day I became the day darkness consumed me when trusting you flooded my veins with inky tar when loving you murdered me
