30 Days of Positive Affirmations

I am a part of a spiritual-focused group chat, and one of our very own extended a challenge to anyone in the group chat to listen to affirmations every day for the month of November and then document their experience.

I was hesitant to join the challenge at first just because life has been pretty hectic; however, that was more of a reason to join. I just didn’t want to miss a day of listening to affirmations.

The creator of the challenge shared YouTube Subliminals (subliminal messages and affirmations) of their very own in another group chat.

I did not understand at first why the affirmations were barely audible, and then I realized that was the point of YouTube Subliminals.

Subliminals are affirmations played at a frequency below the conscious threshold.

I would share reels of affirmations in our group chat thanks to the algorithm being in my favor since joining the challenge.

I suggested that we meditate on an affirmation on the last day of November and then drink it to embody it, going into December.

It was such a surreal moment to drink water from the cup with the affirmation:
