Well, she is pretty enough to be a kitty superstar! And she and her siblings have actually been the recipients of a free toy once because someone who worked at a kitty toy company thought they were so cute.

When I saw this little scratcher, I just knew we had to have it, despite my husband’s protests of, “where are we going to put that thing?” Admittedly, I might have a bit of a kitty toy “compulsive toy shopping” addiction. But how could I ever say “no” to something this adorable?

And, lo and behold, this one was an instant hit! Everyone had to have their “moment of fame.” And it has found a permanent position in the family room, where it has become a favorite perch.

Doesn’t my little Freyja just look a TV star though? Those eyes can melt anyone’s heart — especially her mom’s.
