Today's recipe is Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, also known as " Kachi Yakhni Biryani" as the chicken is not cooked but placed for dum style cooking on low heat.

Ingredients

A. For Chicken Marination

11/ 2 kg chicken (cut into large pieces safely) 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste Few bunches of coriander leaves 1 bunch of mint leaves ¾ tbsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste 8 green chilies 4 cloves 1 tbsp caraway seeds 2 cup golden brown fried onions 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cup yogurt 4 black peppercorns 1 cinnamon stick 2 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp garam masala powder

B. For Rice
