Whose side are you on? Conservative or Liberal Elitists?

Who is more elitist, conservatives or liberals?

They are both elitist. It is how they express their elitism that differs.

Conservative Elitists in the US are the heirs of the Confederacy movement. They want to conserve the elitist structure from our pre-Civil War era in which propertied white males were at the apex of power and control, their women wielded social and consumer power, and everyone else was done with as the elites pleased because the elites were better than everyone else and their God wanted them to use people and Nature as instruments to increase elite male property holdings and social, political, religious, and business standing.

Liberal Elitists in the US come from the privileged white classes. They believed and believe they know more than anyone not educated and promoted in their system, which is hereditary. Due to this greater knowledge, liberal elites felt and feel it is their duty to hold social, political, religious, and business precedence over those not so advantaged. They are for equity of advantage in principle, but they are NIMBY in practice, thus redlining, college admissions preference for wealthy white persons, and various sorts of sexual and procedural abuse against anyone not in the white power classes. They do want to help societal lesser persons, but carefully. You can’t have too many people at the top.

Which side you are on depends on your attitude toward those who are not in the elite white classes.

Be honest.

How do you describe someone from the poor, lower-middle, middle, and upper-middle classes by ethnic origin, by gender, by economic status, and by religious orientation?

Make a list for each class of person for each category mentioned.

Consider these lists when you are done.

Only you will know what your lists contain, so only you will know if you are for or against either type of elitism extant in US culture. Then you will know your side in this matter.

Maybe you aren’t for either type of elitism.
