Summary

The website content is a reflective piece emphasizing the importance of happy and qualified human resources in the workplace, illustrated through a poem and acknowledgments to fellow writers.

Abstract

The article titled "Human Resources" delves into the significance of human presence and well-being in the workplace. It uses poetic language to convey that without people, workplaces would be lifeless and machines would be useless. The author, inspired by a friend's prompt to write a poem with the initials H.R., crafts a narrative that celebrates the human element as the driving force behind productivity and workplace happiness. The piece underscores that technology and machinery are only as effective as the content and satisfied people operating them. The author also expresses gratitude to Rochelle Silva for the creative prompt and directs readers to her story on heart rate, as well as acknowledging Lucy Dan 蛋小

Human Resources

The name of the game is happy people at work

Human resources, The lifeblood of a workplace, Without whom no letter can be typed, No work can be done.

The machines stay idle, What good is it, In an empty room, With no one to operate them.

Spaces are created, Laughter and mirth, For work can be done, With happiness and fun.

All the machines become active, The work pace becomes pleasant, Technology begins to operate with speed, Human resources are most required,

This poem is in response to my friend Rochelle Silva who prompted me to write a poem with the initials H. R. Surprisingly the first word that came to my mind was Human Resources that she had rejected.

I feel no workplace can operate today without happy and qualified human resources. The machines stop dead and the workplace feels empty without human beings.

With the initials H.R. so many different types of poems can be made.

Thank you Rochelle Silva for the tag. Please read her wonderful story on heart rate.
