Human Design | Chart Analysis | Manifesting Generators
Tracey Bish — Photographer, Movement Instructor, and Energy Healer
Manifesting Generator, Emotional Authority, Profile 4/6

I’m so thrilled to have this opportunity to do a quick analysis of Tracey Bish’s Human Design Chart!
Tracey Bish has many talents — she is a professional photographer, a certified Pilates, and Movement Instructor, and an Energy healer/Empath. She lives in Boise, Idaho, USA.
Now, let’s take a look at her Human Design chart to appreciate her innate gifts and invisible energetic challenges that she might have been experiencing, and I will cross-reference each part with the specific parts that she shared with me about her healing and empowerment journey.
Tracey’s Human Design chart shows that she is a Manifesting Generator with Emotional Inner Authority, Profile 4/6, and 3 Undefined Centers in her Head, Ajna, and Identity Centers.
Manifesting Generator
As Tracey is a Manifesting Generator, she is highly creative and is great at multitasking. She enjoys doing work, and in achieving mastery in work that feels satisfying and fulfilling to her.
I can see that her choice to take on so many careers, as a photographer, pilates/movement instructor, and energy healer / Empath, is an obvious indicator that she is doing what she does best as a healthy Manifesting Generator! It also explains why she can feel bored doing the same workday in / out (mentioned in her email to me).
She is also designed to take shortcuts and achieve Mastery in the work she loves. I find that what she wrote here describes her journey in evolving and finding effective shortcuts to mastery through her multiple talents:
I feel myself expanding into learning different movement teaching modalities that encompass body awareness, somatics and self help energetic healing work. I feel that in order for me to continue with this work I am to create something new, to combine different modalities and teaching styles into something that is new and exciting for me.
With the Pilates studio I work at being closed for the past 2 months, it has given me a lot of time to explore what I would like to move towards, and that is teaching embodiment- being grounded in your body and learning about your body and how to take care of yourself with self help work. I would like to combine creative work with art/photography and even working with nature/the earth into this. I would also like to expand into doing energy healing sessions.
Defined Emotional Solar Plexus Center
Tracey has a defined Emotional Solar Plexus center (bottom right triangle), which gives her consistent rhythms of emotional ups and downs.
Specifically, her defined channel 12/22 connecting her Emotional Solar Plexus to her Throat center is a deeply emotional channel with high highs and low lows. Whenever she is in a high high, she can be extremely charming and highly expressive; whenever she is in her low mood, it can look and feel like she is highly depressed. This is really challenging, and she has shared:
I grew up not feeling that I could not express emotions as it wasn’t part of our family pattern to outwardly express, it was more about holding it in, or I was embarrassed by these emotions and crying all the time. All of this has gotten so much better in general, I can usually self correct fairly quickly if needed.
It is so wonderful that she has learned to embrace her emotional self more deeply now!
Tracey has another emotional Channel 35/36 that when in a low expression, can make her feel like she is constantly chasing the next newest thing, or feeling like she’s been there done that and becoming very jaded about life. In its highest expression, she waits for the right time to act on the right desire to have the right experience. This helps her to share her experiences that serve to inspire, entertain, and heal humanity collectively. In particular, Gate 35 is what gives her the desire to travel to many places so she can have new and varied experiences!
Defined Spleen, Sacral and Root Centers
Being defined in her Spleen, Sacral and Root centers can explain why she feels energized when she connects and tunes into her body. Having healthy Sacral and Root centers gives her lots of energy to devote to her work, and having a healthy Spleen blesses her with great vitality and a strong immune system.
Defined Will Center
Tracey is defined in her Will Center, in which only 1 out of 8 people is defined. When she has a healthy Will Center, she has the willpower to help her push through her projects in short spurts, and she feels confident in the value she provides to others.
Having a healthy Defined Will Center also indicates that she is good at taking care of her needs and wants so that she can provide better value and resources to others. I think the following message she wrote is a great example of how she is doing this already:
I have been teaching an online class three times a week which I really enjoy and would like to continue if not expand upon that into a online program or subscription service because I would like to work from anywhere with a laptop — because I love to travel and would like to do more of it in the future.
Open Identity Center — Fear of Being Seen
Tracey shared her deep fear of being seen:
It is a journey for me as I am working through a lot of fear of being seen and heard. I have always stayed hidden away. But I am feeling like it is time to step out into the light and do my work.
I feel that Tracey’s tendency in wanting to stay hidden comes from the energetic challenge of having an Open Identity Center. It is very easy for someone with an Open Identity Center to blend in and get along with people from various backgrounds.
It can be very easy for Tracey to feel like energetically losing herself in certain intimate relationships. The special thing about having an Open Identity center is that even though she might feel insecure in not having a strong Identity that stays fixed throughout her life, it also means she has the power to choose who she wants to be, and where she wants to go at any point in her life.
Tracey has the strong intuition to let her know whether this is the place to be in and the people she wants to be with, or she can also know that she needs to leave the place she is at and whoever she is with at that moment. Having this Open Identity Center also means she has the gift of giving other people more clarity on who they truly are. Tracey has this gift of seeing them more deeply than they see themselves, which I feel is a wonderful gift, especially in her photography and healing professions!
Here’s Tracey’s feedback on my chart analysis for her:
I’ve read through this all and it is very interesting and it does add a lot of clarity for me. I really feel the description of the 35/36 channel is very helpful as I always chase one thing to another along with the Open Identity Center where I feel like I merge with others and what they want vs what I want. Most likely that would explain why I like to spend a lot of time alone. Thank you for doing this.
