Hug Yourself Tighter

When you fall

In moments when you stumble and sway, Feel the ground beneath you give way, Embrace yourself with gentle care, For in your strength, you’ll find repair.

When the world feels heavy and cold, Wrap your arms around your soul, Hold tight through storms, You’re braver than you may recall.

With each stumble, rise anew, Embrace the fall, it shapes you true, Let self-love be your guiding light, Find yourself fierce and bright.

When life’s journey takes a tumble, And shadows of doubt start to mumble, Embrace yourself with loving care, For in your strength, you’ll find hope stays.

As you stumble, feeling small, Wrap your arms and stand up tall, Hold yourself with gentle might, Guiding through the darkest night.

Each fall is but a stepping stone, To rise again, open new doors, Hug yourself tighter, feel the power, In your heart, a blooming flower.

So when the world seems to enthrall, Remember to embrace self-love, heart hold, You’re stronger than you may recall, Hug yourself tighter when you fall.

When life’s trials bring you to your knees, And shadows loom like stormy seas, Embrace yourself, hold on tight, Find solace in your hope and inner light.

As you stumble and falter, feel the pain, Wrap your arms around heart, your strength regain, For in the depths of your own embrace, You’ll find the courage to face any race.

When the world seems cold and unkind, Remember, within you, warmth you’ll find, Hug yourself tighter when you fall, You’re your own refuge, now and always.

In moments of doubt, don’t despair, Embrace yourself with love and care, For in self-compassion’s gentle hold, You’ll find the strength to reach heart bond.

In times of stumble, when you trip, Embrace yourself, don’t lose your grip, Hug tighter, stand tall and strong, For in self-love, you truly belong.

When darkness creeps, and shadows call, Wrap yourself in a loving shawl, Hold close, let comfort be your guide, In your own arms, find peace inside.

So when you fall, don’t despair, Embrace yourself with tender care, For in that hug, you’ll find the light, To rise again, shining soul bright.
