You know when something keeps showing up in your life again and again? Are you seeing these? Sometimes it’s Serendipity, and a good thing. Sometimes, it is a pattern that the Universe is telling you to pay attention to.

Whether a good thing or a challenging thing, are you paying attention?

This has happened to me so many times recently. Good, Serendipity things, that I want to create more of. And, some old patterns, that the Universe is saying, “Hello, Laura, time to eliminate this, Sweetheart! You are better than this!” Oh. Okay. Yes, I see now. Thank you, Universe, for being so patient with me. Yes, I am ready.

A concept that I’ve been attracted to and reflecting on is this:

How you do anything is how you do everything. -Derek Siver

Even better…

How you do anything is how you do everything and results in who and what you attract into your life, your work, your relationships, and your health.

How you do anything is how you do everything and how we manifest our life.

Are you manifesting the life you want to live?

It’s about being in alignment, and in sync, with the amazing, successful, happy, energized, delighted, positive future you want to have, person you want to be, and life you want to live.

Another way to put it is …

It’s just a practice, a practice of aligning with our values, our best self, our best life.

It’s just a practice.

An ounce of practice is generally worth more than a ton of theory. -E F Schumacher

If you’ve been getting the same old, same old results again and again in your life, maybe it’s time to look at your pattern.

You can’t just go to practice each day, give it the bare minimum or even a mediocre effort and expect when it’s your time to shine, that you will.

We can’t just show up.

Whatever you are not changing, you are choosing. — Laurie Buchanan

When we show up for work, show up in our relationships, show up for our health and fitness practice, show up in the little day-to-day experiences, we need to show up the way we would on the day we create our greatest masterpiece, or when we finalize that incredible deal, or when we run our marathon, or when we celebrate any milestone.

We need to be consistent, be in congruence with what we want in life, who we want to be in life, and practice each day as if it is a special day.

I love this. It feels so empowering for me. We just practice every day as if it is a special day.

And, it is. Every day is special. We are special. We deserve to live a special life…every day!

Habits will form whether you want them or not. Whatever you repeat, you reinforce. — James Clear

So, who do you want to be? What do you want your life to look and feel like?

What you seek is seeking you. -Rumi

When you are thinking about the right next step to take, the right next decision to make, the right next action to take, pause and ask yourself if you are ready to practice in alignment with your best self, your best life.

And, just practice.

For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.―Aristotle
