How We Imprint Our Manifestations On The Energy Field Surrounding Us

“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” Albert Einstein
We are, each and every single one of us, surrounded by an energy field. Energy is everywhere, and we have our own direct source of it. Some people may know it better as your aura.
Our energy fields intermingle with those of others, and they stretch out, connected to the entire Universe.
This field of energy is where creation takes place. It responds to the vibrations we imprint upon it, by manifesting or transforming them into something tangible.
So, when we feel negative emotions like anger, hate, anxiety, or frustration, the matching vibrations of those emotions are imprinted upon our own energy field. Resulting in more experiences that create anger, hate, anxiety or frustration.
What we believe is a product of our thoughts. Our beliefs become ingrained with our energy field, and the physical reality that results in it, becomes proof of our belief.
But if we change our beliefs, the outcomes will also change.
“There’s a surge, there’s a kind of energy field that says, ‘I’m in my groove, I’m in my groove.’ and nobody has to tell you, ‘You go, girl,’ because you know you’re already gone” Oprah Winfrey
Here’s an example from my own life about a belief I had on aging:
When I turned 40, I had it in my head that I was “getting old”. I suddenly noticed more wrinkles on my face, sagging skin on my neck, and that my joints that were stiffer. When I tell you it happened overnight, I’m not exaggerating. It was startling. So much so, that I started to question my beliefs.
How could I look so much older 24 hours later? I knew something was going on, internally, and set to work on it.
Now, “40” was awhile ago for me, and I’m not saying I look and feel like I’m 30 (maybe something for me to work on) but I can say without doubt, that I feel younger today than I did the day after I turned 40. That’s because I started to change my thoughts and beliefs on aging.
I put the work in.

To change our beliefs we have to be aware of our thoughts and emotions. Practicing mindfulness gives us the opportunity to examine these thoughts and emotions, and make a deliberate decision to change them.
We also have to acknowledge our own personal power in determing our future. We can be, do or have anything if we believe it.
Beyond mindfulness two other important tools you can use are:
1. Affirmations
These are a reflection of your intention. Your intentions direct your energy to a specific goal. If you intend to be healthy and fit, then your affirmations should look something like this:
I am healthy
I am strong
I am fit
2. Visualization
Our subconscious mind does not know the difference between a memory and a visualization. What that means is, your subconscious mind does not scrutinize your imagination by the measure of reality. It simply checks your beliefs about the visualization. If you can believe something, it will shape your reality.

Are your beliefs serving you or harming you? If anything is possible, then it’s possible to change your beliefs.
Emotions that affect your body negatively: stress, anger, revenge, frustration.
Emotions that affect your body positively: love, joy, gratitude, satisfaction.
We all know the difference in how our physical body feels when we’re experiencing negative emotions versus positive emotions, so I don’t need to go into detail.
When you start changing your thoughts and emotions, your beliefs will change too.
How do you want to feel today?
What do you want to manifest in your life?
It’s up to you.
You go, human!
