The people on the internet have short memory spans.

The more we allow ourselves to forget things because Google will remember them, the more our memory is weakening. It’s a good thing because we can spend that energy to be more creative.

But there is a problem here. Google shows only 10 records to the whole world. Very few people visit the second or third page of google results. If you are a writer, that is not good news.

You have to write something that falls in the top 10 records on Google. Or you have to write more that people remember you when they see your story. However, few people have succeeded the first way.

You — I mean, we — have not only to write well, but we have to write a lot. Then we have to publish our stories intelligently that people don’t forget our name after they like one of our stories.
