How To Use Time As A Vehicle for Change

Words, words.
Riddled with meaning, Too many meanings. Take mine away And leave me with the space and the time for daydreams and quiet reveries.
A future that feels new and yet is old. And a past that feels as if it’s been forgotten, or at least re-evaluated. For there can be no time without change. There is no time without change. There has to be changed in order for time to be able to progress — or so says the clock, the calendar, the hourglass, and the bucket full of water as it empties through a hole at its bottom. We can’t stop time; we can only appreciate change.
And what does this have to do with my life? Sitting here with my cornflakes, worrying about time and change and hoping for a new start. Maybe it’s the cornflakes. I need to cut down on sugar… But time isn’t about change for its sake — it’s about the experience, learning from mistakes, moving on from something that doesn’t work out, and remembering our past to improve in the future.

Everything’s beautiful in life, even the ugly ones. Life is a journey constantly being traveled, sometimes with long-term destinations that we’ve yet to reach.
