You don't compete but uplift one other.

A common goal helps you focus on where you are and where you want to be in life. Your goal can be peaceful living or a housing project, or just helping the homeless. A common goal makes you connect with others deeply.

I realized the importance of Sangha when I became a part of beautiful spiritual Sangha. For a long time, I was on the quest to find the truth of life. It was a lonely and tiring journey with moments of demotivation.

When I became part of this Sangha, my journey leaped effortlessly. The quests, struggles, direction, and inspiration were easy to receive.

The same happens when you become part of any Sangha of your common goal and passion. Then, sharing and motivation become effortless. Life becomes light-hearted.

Friction in Life Leads to the Learning of Lessons, but a Bounty of Your Growth Happens In Peace

For most, everyday life is a struggle. You learn survival tricks. But living the whole life in resistance and defending oneself is exhausting.

Being in the company of your Sangha life flows effortlessly.

We all love the company of people who are like us. People with similar thought processes, passions, goals, and struggles attract us. This group of similar attributes makes life stress-free and joyful.

The comfort of acceptance makes you open up freely. You don't have to wear a fake mask to impress others — a place just to be yourself.

When I was a kid, I took pride in having 4 fathers and 4 mothers. I never understood why I called my aunts and uncles mothers and fathers. It was fascinating and adorable for me.

More than a decade back, my youngest aunt (one of my mothers) died. The irreparable loss shocked everybody. But the robust support system of the extended family helped my cousins recover. My other mothers took up her role in nourishing their family as their own.

Life always throws some challenging situations. Life spares none. Life becomes stress-free when you have a dynamic support system.
