All right now, achunk templates are simply taking expertise and information that you have and chunking it into smaller pieces. There’s an NLP neuro-linguistic programming term that talks about taking difficult things and chunking it down to manageable pieces.

You’re chunking down the internet and your expertise into manageable pieces for your clients. When you do this, your stuff will get consumed. More. Your stuff will get bought more and you’ll go further, faster. That’s the power of chunk templates. Now let’s look at a few. This is a word cloud of 1 of them.

You can see them goals, barriers, myths, universal loss, tips, mistakes, errors, advanced tips, and more. Okay. My favorites are universal laws and mistakes. Now we did a little game. It started yesterday, I think over in the free Facebook group, the smart content income Facebook group, where I had the audience come up with other chucks.

And there’s a big long list over there. Just for kicks and giggles. What are some other chunks you can come up with besides these 1? I’ll go first. Another great one is secrets. What can you guys come up with? Suggested here in the Q and a and we’ll, we’ll read them out along with your name, getting that free publicity, and then we’re going to pick one out to use.

So what other chunks can you think of it? Give me a couple more. How about revelation? Somebody included that today over in the, the Facebook group. Okay. Bit. Oh my goodness. Windy, big, hairy audacious mistakes, a special kind of mistake. I like that. All right.

So let’s choose a template again. There’s 1 of them. Okay. Now I’m going to choose the mistakes one. Now you can put any number in front of this one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. I’ve stopped at seven odd numbers work better online. I don’t know why they just do so one, three, five or seven.

Okay. The reason I pick and mistakes and it’s one of my favorites. Beverly says little known. That’s a good joke. I like that. It’s one of my favorites. It’s easy to use positions. You as an expert. Okay. And it’s just super powerful. Okay. And it’s one of the easiest to use. That’s the main way reason I chose it to make this first one easier for you.

Now we’re going to do a lot more in the, in the challenge in a couple of weeks, but let’s get going here. Okay. Now workshop session create a stream of residual income in minutes or less, who is ready to do that? Wayne couldn’t see the templates. Well, there, there they are. There’s 1 of them.

If I can make this a little bit bigger for you, y’all see that. Just fine. Universal laws, mistakes, tips, benefits, barriers, errors moves. You guys see that? Okay. Yeah. There you go. All right. Yeah. You’re welcome. No worries. I’m glad you asked me. Me, me, me, me.

All right. So she’s saying me, me, me, me, me. And so as Cynthia to creating a stream of residual content income in minutes or less, I want you to pause a moment and think about this.

Once you begin to get this skill here today, and once you begin to master it in our challenge, think about that every day in less than minutes, because this is just when you’re starting out, you can sit down and create a stream of residual income. That’s pretty powerful kids. So then the question becomes, how many of those can I create Jeff?

Just as many as your little heart desires.

So to dive into this, we’re going to we’re going to go off slide here and that sound funky off slide. And we’re going to go here into my medium account.

I’ve chosen the three mistakes template. Now, what I want you to do is choose three myths, three, choose a topic. You can find three mistakes in your niche. So choose a topic and let me know what your choice is in the chat here.

Just type in and send me your, your choice of topic. And then we’ll dive in here because what I’ve done is I’ve gone a little bit out ahead here and already put some things in because I want to respect your time. And I want us to be here all day, but you’ll get the idea.

And when he comes in with uses of personal energy and Beverly with planning. Okay, great. Let’s dive in here. Now up at the top here, you’re seeing what’s called the title package.

So here is the title. Okay. Three. And this is a negative adjective followed by the niche, topic mistakes. So three profits sucking that the yucky adjective chunk templates, that’s the niche topic mistakes. Okay. So that’s the easy way to create your title. There is your title template kids, three profit sucking chunk template mistakes came from three nasty adjective, niche, topic mistakes.

And because I’m going to teach you to also include what to do instead. I include at the bottom that pulls people in further and the pre-Title or what they call on medium the kicker. I bet you’re making at least one of these. Now that is a, there’s a lot of psychology behind that.

I bet you’re making at least one of these. Okay. You’re going to get one of two reactions to that. Some people are going to say, I bet you I’m not. And they’re going to consume your content to prove that they’re not. They’re consuming your content and other people. Well, gosh, I wonder what they are. Let me see if I’m making any of them and they’re consuming your content.

This is a good thing, kids. And then I went over to Pexels and got this graphic, went over to relay that and put it in the frame. You can be a lot easier on this one, medium by just clicking here and going right here. And it takes you right to Unsplash and you can put in keywords to put in your graphics.

You need to lead with a graphic. Beverly you love Pexels. You know, I knew about it for awhile, Beverly, and then forgot about it. And then something I was watching today mentioned it. I went, Oh yeah, I’ll use that on the demo.

All right. So we’ve already got the template set up for you. Okay. Now what we’re going to do is simply fill in the blanks for some of it.

We already know that my niche topic is chunk templates. Okay. You already know your niche topic. So when the template you come down here where it says niche topic, and you just copy and paste your, your niche topic. Okay. And then for niche, topic, mistake, number two. What do you do? Same thing. Niche. Topic.

Mistake three. What do you do? Same thing. Niche, topic.

Bonus one. I want to make that a little bit smaller. So we’ll use that and then we’re going to come back and fill that in and then niche topic bonus 2 again, make it smaller.

So how’s this for ease: copy and paste.

Can you see yourself doing this? Copy and paste? Fill in the blanks. Copy and paste. Fill in the blanks. Copy and paste. Fill in the blanks where I’m from in Tallahassee, Florida, there was a band called fill in the blanks, fill in the blanks.

Nancy, Cynthia, and Kathleen all say yes and yay. All right, here we go.

So the next thing you’re going to do is name and describe the mistake. Okay? So the first mistake is believing. I already know crap. No, all about templates.

Any time you hear somebody say that, not somebody you want to learn from, okay?

Anytime you catch yourself saying that, watch out, you don’t want to do that. You know, when I came up, you know how long I’ve been doing templates? 15 years. You know, when I came up with the idea of chunk templates about three weeks ago. Okay. So I’m the template guy.

I’ve been doing it for 15 years. I made a lot of money with them and helped a lot of people, but I just came up with a new way of making it even easier for you three weeks ago. You can always learn.

So the mistake is Rolling. They’re fooling your self into the leaving. You already know it all.

If you ever hear someone you are trying to learn from say, I know everything there is to know about whatever the subject is, right?

I think in templates, kids, Ben, I want you to follow my R L H. R L H equals run like hell. Okay. So I would add some more to this and, and build it out a little bit, but you get the idea.

Now what to do instead, this is huge because it sets you apart. As the expert, anybody can name a mistake, right? Anybody can be a critic. Right? Very few people will argue. I mean, very few people will offer what to do instead. Okay. So name what to do instead under what to do instead,

Always keep a Beginner’s mind. No, I’m not going to say I’m always keep a beginner’s mind. This way you will help more people and make more money.

Okay. Now again, I would expand on that, but you get the idea, okay? How are we doing so far? Somebody named their first mistake in their, in their template and their three mistakes template.

What’s your first mistake. Believing your life is boring. I liked that Nancy. You’re right. When you start teaching, you’ll find out what you really don’t know. Very fast. Yep. Beverly ignoring risk. When doing estimates. Cool.I can see that being a mistake. Good. You guys are getting it.

Okay. Give me a couple of what to do instead. Hey, Marianne, haven’t seen you around in a while. Glad you’re here. Dump trucking people with all my info. It’s a good way to say it. David thinking your current clients are your ideal clients. Larry. Thank you. We’ll never get attack. It won’t happen to me. It happened to my grandfather.

Wendy thinking you are in total control of your energy by just thinking. Yeah. If you build it, they will come.

Give me a, give me a couple of what to do insteads. I want to know you guys were with me. Instead for me, before we dive into mistake number two. Do a timeline of your life to see the high points says, Nancy. Absolutely.

There’s something I learned way back in the day called timeline therapy, antsy. And it’s still healing for people. I did it a couple of summers ago at, at our retreat, at the beach for our high school kids for one of my guys. And I told everybody, I said, look, I want it to be crickets in here. I want you all to watch this. I want you to look at his countenance right now because it’s going to be different in 1 minutes. And boy was it ever? So that’s a good one. Wendy learned a simple technique to separate yourself from others. Negative thoughts and energy. Yep.

Beverly, I liked the way you’re playing. Beverly consider the optimistic pessimistic and most likely estimate. There you go. Alright.

So chunk templates. Number two, this can’t really be this powerful. Some people love to go for the negative. Avoid those folks and recommend you do too. They have a problem for every solution.

And I’d say some more about that. But again, for sake of time, just giving you an idea. Larry says, learn the kiss method so you can react with skills that you can use. Absolutely. Larry.

Now what I like, what he did there, because without selling, he’s selling his stuff right there without selling, he’s selling his stuff by saying that learn the kiss method.

Well, what’s the kiss method? Okay. So what to do instead, here we go. Harness the power of chunk templates, the power of chunk templates. And let’s see what we can do together. All right. Wendy says doing the mistake once and thinking it’s enough.

That’s another mistake. I love it. Kiss is keeping it simple skills says Larry. Nice. Okay. Give me another mistake. Give me a second mistake. Kids. I want to know that you’re with us.

Just in case you’re wondering these kinds of webinars are a joy to do. I hope they’re a joy to be on as you accomplish stuff.

So I liked that Marian. Thanks. What I’ve made more than one. How do you guys think I’m so good at recovering from mistakes? When things mess up, I’ve made so many of them.

Nancy, believing you have to tell your life story from beginning to end. Oh my goodness. Assuming that a precise estimate is an accurate estimate says Beverly interesting precision does not equal accuracy.

So beginning of what to do instead. Okay. Beverly, thank you for that segue. Beverley’s gone to segue school. Give me another what to do instead. Kids give me another what to do instead. Here’s another mistake from Kathleen: believing you’re all alone with your anxiety and stress. No, that’s a pretty big club.

Beverly couple of years ago, when my high school guys were starting their junior year. I asked them at the beginning of the year, look, you know, we got a curriculum that they want us to follow from stage. What do you guys want to talk about? They blew me away with their three things. Anxiety, stress, and depression, anxiety, stress, and depression.

Going along with what Wendy said, how many of you all know who Mark Rick is? He was a Georgia coach and then the Miami coach sort of a casual from Tallahassee when he was at the Florida Seminoles offensive coach. One day I asked him, I said, you’ve got a very, very stressful job and it can take up all your time. You’ve got three kids and you’ve adopted two more. How do you find the time?

And he said, Jeff, I got a football street. What’s the football street. So when I leave the stadium, whether we’ve won, lost, had a good day, a bad day, whatever. I allow myself to think football until I get to this certain street on my way home.

And then I close that part of my mind. And then from then on, from that street to home, I think about my wife and I think about my kids.

Dang. That’s brilliant. I’ve used that so many times and y’all feel free to use it too.

So let’s go to number three. Mistake number three is inconsistency. So many people have said to me, I’ve tried that content Duff, it doesn’t work. Upon digging a little, I always find they’ve created just one piece of content or maybe a few in a year.

I’m not making that up folks that happens all the time.

What to do instead? Yeah. Consistency is the key. That’s an old thing from racquetball days, because in racquetball as you can be in the flow and playing great. And then let your mind wander a millimeter and you know, you’ve hit a shot into the floor. Consistency is the key.

Consistency is the key consistency equals making a greater difference. Consistency equals making a greater profit and amazingly amazing. I’m making this up as I go along folks and amazingly consistency is easier then in consistency and it’s opposite. I liked that better.

So for kicks and giggles, I would do something like this and make these three quotes. Now, all I’m doing is highlighting it and going up to this little quote thing and putting that little thing next to it was kind of a nice aesthetic kind of thing.

Wendy, you already showed me her third mistake thinking you have to do all by yourself without getting help, at least from time to time.

How about another mistake, Larry? I learned what to do when I was younger. Oh, that’s a good mistake. Yeah. A cousin of the know at all, you know.

Wendy says, instead of reach out to energy mastery experts for a tune-up and checkup regarding your cord, cutting beautiful Wendy, because in that what to do instead you’re saying, hire me in a nice way. Thinking writing is the only way to tell your life stories. Nancy’s mistake thinking that someone giving the estimate has no bias.

Instead make a video instead of just writing it. Nancy says, okay. Any other what to do is instead before we move onto the bonuses here, give me a couple more. What to do instead. Kathleen, a coach can be there for you. She’s promoting to listening in of supporting you all along the way, being confidential and non-judgemental.

So why would you want to link to other pages in your other pages in medium?

Now what we’ve done here in a very small amount of time, with a little bit of tweaking, this is publishable. I didn’t go as far as I would with each mistake because of respecting your time, but really that’s, that’s almost ready to go. I would probably put another graphic or two in somewhere.

I’d clean this up a little bit. Make sure that link was live. I like putting one more graphic at the bottom here. Graphics capture people. I want people hanging around longer and I want people taking an action. So there’s a reason I’m putting this really cool graphic under my calls to action.

It keeps people here longer. Bear with me while I scroll for it. I forgot to bring it up closer before we started. I help people just like you create content that converts into more sales and subscribers. Do more with your content. No experience necessary.

Folks that’s publishable, right. Really is. And yours is very close to being published.

And then I add in the new stuff. What do you think it’ll be like for me when I have 2,000 streams of residual income working for me every month. And every time I create a new one, I’m compounding the effect. It’s going to be sweeter.

How do you get people to go back and see your old stuff? You invite them. You use it as an email. Hey folks, here’s an article that I wrote a long time ago, but it’s still very powerful to help you do so-and-so. I’m always doing that or I’m using it or you know, you guys, you guys want a million dollar bonus tip that I didn’t even plan?

I take an article and teach from it either an email or on a video or in another article or in a webinar or a live cast teach from one of your articles it’s live and provide the link. You go back five years or more folks teach from an article and send people to it.

Is this a great plan or what?
