How to Train Your Mind to Focus on Gratitude
Tune into the Vibration of your Desired Reality
It’s good to have a clear vision for the future with big dreams and desires.
Everything you desire will come as long as you take the next step in the present moment and show gratitude for the things you already have.
Know one day you will look back on where you are now and miss the times you are in and the things you have that you will lose in the future because the only thing that is constant in life is change.
It can be something like your grandma, favorite pet, parents, etc.
Nothing lasts forever.
Just show gratitude for everything and enjoy the present moment because there will never be a moment like it ever again.
When vibrating at the frequency of gratitude in the present moment, more things come into your life to be grateful for.
The opposite is true as well, if you focus on things that are bad in your life consistently, your mind will be trained to look for the bad; therefore, you will see the negative things in life more than the positive.
It’s all about controlling perception.
Here are 3 habits you can form to refocus your attention on things that you are grateful for to tune into the vibration of your desired reality.
1. Keep a gratitude journal
At the beginning and end of every day set aside 5 minutes to list things you are grateful for.
This reprograms your unconscious mind to focus on the good things in life. Then your awareness will start to expand, therefore easily seeing things in life to be grateful for.
When you train your mind to always focus on the things you are grateful for, more things to be grateful for will come to you.
You will begin to draw desired realities to you.
It’s all about training your perspective by consciously implementing this small practice into your daily routine
2. Become conscious every time you are complaining and redirect your focus to the good things in life instead.
Yes, this takes practice and consistency, especially if you spend most of your life complaining about the small things that do not matter at the end of the day.
However, the first step in reprogramming thoughts or habits is gaining awareness of when you’re doing the thing you want to change. Become aware of when you’re complaining in your head and instantly switch the thought vibration to things you are grateful for, focusing on what you have in the present moment.
For example, if you are complaining about a job you don’t like because of a person or situation that pissed you off a little bit, redirect your attention to why you are working the job in the first place.
You live a comfortable life, have a place to sleep and food in your belly because of the job.
Maybe you are using the job as a stepping stone to achieve bigger goals.
Just look for the good in everything and you will attract more thoughts aligned to your desired reality. Catch yourself when you start complaining and redirect your focus to the energy of gratitude to stay in the flow of life.
3. When you are experiencing a state of gratitude savor, absorb, and appreciate the frequency and vibration of gratitude
Those moments when you are in a state of gratitude and your body is tingling because of the overwhelming feeling of this vibration, savor the thing you are grateful for.
Meditate on it and embody it.
I did this the other day with something as simple as my dog

Tears ran down my face because of the overwhelming emotion of gratitude I experienced at the moment when my thoughts were focused on being grateful for my little furry pet.
It was a beautiful experience that only I truly know of that makes me appreciate the simple things in life, giving me a perspective of gratitude.
It can be as simple as being so grateful for a good meal that you start to feel the wave of tingling sensations that gratitude brings.
It doesn’t have to be anything substantial, just focus on the little things in life that you may overlook and take advantage of in this day in age.

Overall just gain conscious control and start to focus your attention on those things in life that bring you joy and happiness instead of things that bring your thought frequency down to lower vibrational mind states like fear, judgment, or being overwhelmed.
