My home is my sanctuary and I like to see it exactly to my liking so that I can feel good and comfortable myself in that space. With this, I’ve made a short list of things I usually do to make it more attractive.

I love this kind of kitchen, with lots of herbs and adaptogens that support your nervous kitchen.
Incorporate intuitive Feng Shui
Create a space for your daily rituals
It’s important to have a place at home where you can meditate, do yoga, journalling and do other things that you may suit appropriately.
