How to start meditating (GUIDE TO HELP YOU)
This guide will help you start and keep on a good path for your mental health

When I first had my depression three years ago, I thought about starting to meditate but I didn’t know how I should do it.
I knew what meditation was but I didn’t know how to exercise it, so I started reading a lot about it until I did a little guidance.
Today I’m going to leave this guide down here.
Take a seat
Find a position that is comfortable for you and stay calm a still.
Set a time limit
If you are a beginner, this tip will help you to stay focused. Set your timer for 10 minutes.
Follow your breath
Focus on your breathing. This will help you calm down and the beginning of relax.
Notice your mind
When your mind starts to wander (This will happen), bring your attention back to your breath.
Practice everyday
Try to practice every day, and every day I am sure you will see improvements.
Make progress
Slowly add a few more minutes each week and notice the benefits of meditation, and believe in me, they are a lot!
