How To Sleep (According To My Cat)

Cats are known experts in the art of sleep. Whether naps or being a totally conked out kitty, they spend on average 1/3rd of their day in some form of snoozing. I happen to live with one of these experts in sleep, who has demonstrated often the best ways to get some rest.

Okay, more like the best sleep positions HE has discovered over the years.

  1. Beds are great places to sleep.
Try many positions and locations on the bed.

2. Chairs are also comfortable to both sit and enjoy quality nap time.

I would never have expected sticking your nails into the mesh back would be comfortable either.

3. Consider increasing blood flow to your head.

Please be careful waking up so you don’t fall on your head.

4. Snuggling with someone you love can relax you enough to sleep.

My foot makes a great pillow.

5. You might need to warm yourself up to help you rest.

Barely able to keep his eyes open in that first one.

I wanted more suggestions from him, but he’s asleep somewhere.
