Where do we start again???

The steps:
- Start by identifying your why — → Your why is the backbone and the foundation of your goals
- Define your goals → You have to come up with your long-term vision and align your goals with your values.
- Research/Brainstorm ideas → Have diverse information sources so you don’t fall into biases.
- Set SMART goals — → Your goals need to be specific, achievable, timebound, etc…
- Break down goals — -> Turn the mountain into a cliff. Sometimes, you need to break things down before tackling them.

- Create Action items/Define Milestones
- Establish Timeline
- Identify Resources
- Monitor Progress
- Adjust Goals as Necessary
